Nonno Oscar came to Canada in 1954, with his wife, Anna following a year later. Oscar and Anna have 3 kids and 5 grandkids. Oscar worked for Christie in a factory, back when they used to produce bread. Anna worked for Dominion, which is now owned by Loblaws. Anna was 18 years old when she came to Canada, and Oscar 26. Now at 94 years old, Oscar currently resides in a retirement home where he has some Italian friends in which he plays an Italian card game called Scopa with.
Nonna Angela Fraietta came to Canada with her mother Giovannina and father Michele in May 1968. Giovannina has two kids being Angela and her brother, Pasquale. Angela has three daughters, 9 grandkids and 1 great granddaughter. Nonna Angela loves to spoil all of them with their favourite foods such as homemade Pizza, Lasagna and Tiramisu.
